Today I have been trying to get back into the swing of making work, a few digital pieces and even a couple of paintings (the first in months). I can easily replicate the aesthetics of work I like, but it just feels empty. I'm not sure if it's because the process is too quick and easy, or simply because it's lacking any substance. I need to find a way to marry looks and reason.
