Today was a good day! I woke up around half 10am and felt super, after not having slept for around 35 hours. Then after a small pepperoni pizza, a few glasses of orange juice and some communication I agreed to meet Callum in town at half 2pm. In the end, Callum just met me here so we walked down through the cemetery in the sun together.
Our first stop was the bank for Callum, then to Jessops to hand over 4 of my 10 disposable cameras waiting to be developed. After that, we found out the library is shut on Mondays and went in every shop that sold trousers. We also went in one of those nameless pop-up shops that sell anything, but mostly things with Tupac's face or a weed leaf on. I bought one of the latter, some cannabis incense. Not because I think it's going to smell similar, let alone pleasant, but just because they all smelt the same and I thought at least the idea was funny.
Just as things were starting to wind down - Stefan, Tom and James met us! We explored Computer Exchange and exchanged tales of Saturday night (Matt's Halloween party, but that's another story), I even thought about buying some GameCube games! We also visited HMV and I got to play You & Me on Guitar Hero 5, which was surreal. Eventually it grew close to 5pm and after a few bites of Stefan's stolen sausages - James, Stefan, Tom and I left for band practice.
We each arrived to our own favourite brew, down to the sugars and milk! Josh had made me black coffee no sugar, a favourite forged in Europe. Fast forward all that sound, Tom dropped me home. Since then I've watched TV and eaten two poached eggs and a bowl of Fruit 'n Fibre, but more importantly had a very long conversation with my Mum and an even longer one with Jess. It's almost 5am now, having spent the last hour frantically filling three A4 pages with biro, feeling increasingly crazy.
I like to type.
